Founder Sport Group, Statesville, N.C., has expanded its product line designed to help fight the spread of Covid-19.
Founder’s original Performance Activity Mask (PAM) now includes 46 new designer colors. Additionally, the company also has added two new styles: the Badger B-Core Face Guard with 28 color options and the custom-sublimated 3-Ply Sublimated Mask. All three lines may be decorated or customized.
Each PAM features performance micro-polyester and spandex fabrics for a snug fit. The Badger B-Core Face Guard is made with B-Core 100% polyester moisture management, antimicrobial performance fabric, and is designed to ensure maximum coverage of the nose and mouth. The custom sublimated 3-Ply Sublimated Mask features an inner and outer layer of ultra-lightweight, soft-performance polyester, with an added middle pellon layer. Elastic ear straps hold the mask securely in place.
Founder Sport is donating all net proceeds from sales of these masks directly to the All Clear Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the life expectancy and wellbeing of all first responders.
“In these unprecedented times, we all have an opportunity to step up and do our part to take pressure off of the healthcare system and stop COVID-19,” said Janell Farr, president, All Clear Foundation. “First responders and healthcare workers are in desperate need of supplies and we sincerely appreciate the efforts of Founder Sport Group in the fight by retooling their factories to help with production, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of staying home whenever possible.”
The company is rapidly ramping up production and can turn orders in 10 days.
“We are hopeful that the expansion of our styles will provide concerned citizens some peace of mind, while allowing medically-approved N95 masks to go to front-line personnel,” says John Anton, CEO of Founder Sport Group. — D.S.
