“We’re excited to launch Impressions Magazine’s Impressions Industry Impact Awards,” Bill Gannon, SVP and Editor-in-Chief of Emerald, the publisher of Impressions Magazine, recently said. “With more than two-dozen Industry Impact Awards nomination categories, there are many exciting opportunities for companies large and small to participate. It is our hope that those who win an award will experience many lasting and positive benefits in the areas of press coverage and overall industry recognition as befitting their excellence.”
Impressions Magazine’s content director, Adam Cort, added that by complementing the Lifetime Achievement awards Impressions Expo has historically supported as part of the Shop Talk expo program organized by the Ink Kitchen and industry veteran Rick Roth, the magazine’s Impressions Industry Impact Awards will allow an even wider variety of industry players to be recognized.
“It would be hard to imagine a more creative or tech-savy group of companies and professionals than those making up today’s decorated apparel industry,” Cort said. “A professional decorated apparel awards program highlighting the creativity and hard work that serves as the bedrock of the industry is long overdue.”
