InkSoft, Tempe, Ariz., recently announced the addition of Karlee Erwin to its Success Squad, the company’s customer service department.
Erwin’s previous experience includes positions interning for a record company, an administrative position at a private school, and an academic advisor to college students.
Erwin will use her bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University, her infectious good attitude, organizational skills and her sincere desire to be helpful to learn more about great customer service while making an impact on the people she connects with, according to the company.
