The new Hotronix 360 IQ Hat Press is a one-size-fits-all press that eliminates crease lines and scorching due to a molded platen and lower heat platen technology. The Auto Open feature prevents over application, and a heated lower platen promotes a quicker bond between adhesive and fabric, making it possible to apply thicker, textured patches and emblems that can’t take upper platen heat in as fast as 20 seconds, according to the company. Both heat platens are independently controlled. The press also features a wide opening for a heat-free workspace and makes it easier to safely load and unload hats. Fusion IQ technology offers cloud-based performance tracking that keeps managers informed of machine and operator productivity.
