Based on the model of the ROQ IMPRESS automatic heat-press system, the ROQ ID-PRESS is a compact, fully automatic heat-press platform designed for high-volume direct-to-film (DTF) transfer application on smaller print areas. With automatic transfer feeding, automatic peel-off, and a fully synchronized production cycle, it delivers consistent results with minimal operator intervention.
Designed for small-format DTF production, the ROQ ID-PRESS is expressly configured for:
- Inside neck labels
- Sleeve prints
- Chest emblems
- Pocket logos
By moving these repetitive applications to a dedicated platform, the company says, you can free valuable capacity on larger automatic presses and reduce dependence on manual heat pressing.
According to ROQ, manual heat pressing of neck labels typically produces around 60–80 pieces per hour. The ROQ ID-PRESS can produce:
- Up to 400 pcs/hour with a single operator
- Up to 600 pcs/hour depending on the selected operating mode
“This means more output from a compact footprint, while reducing operator workload and improving production consistency,” the company says.
Built for automated production the standard ROQ ID-PRESS configuration includes:
