Ricoma, Miami, recently named Henry Ma as its new CEO after former CEO Frank Ma announced he will step down from the role.
Frank Ma, who founded the company, will remain president and switch his focus to research and development, the new-product creation and global operations.
Formerly Ricoma’s COO, Henry Ma joined the company in March 2015 and has since worked to improve each facet of the embroidery machine manufacturing company, including marketing, sales, service, accounting, R&D and human resources, according to the company.
“Henry has brought the company to a whole new level through his vision, innovation and relentless efforts,” Frank Ma says. “I believe that he, together with all of our talented employees, will take Ricoma to new heights.” — D.S.
