InkSoft, Albuquerque, N.M., recently added a new tool that automates the process of getting orders, collecting money and processing for fund-raising or event-related jobs.
The new Micro Stores feature allows users to quickly create and deploy websites to support customers’ promotional needs, replacing paper order forms. Allowing customers to order exactly what they want, Micro Stores also removes the challenge of finding retail space at bookstores or getting stuck with dated merchandise.
The tool includes a professional-looking template that can be populated with customers’ information. It includes a shopping cart that gets upfront payment when the customer places the order, thus accelerating cash flow.
Customers can order at their convenience, giving users more control over the product, design and ordering window, according to the company. The Micro Store also features built-in tools for sharing via social media and email.
