When will my account be charged?
Annual Membership holders will be charged on the anniversary of their initial sign-up date.
Monthly Membership holders will be charged each month on the same day they initially signed up for. *Note: If this day (i.e. 31st of the month) doesn’t appear in that month, your account will be charged on the closest date to it.
How much does it cost to become a subscriber?

Can I try impressU Online for free?
As a new subscriber, there is a 7-day free trial. From there you may sign up for unlimited access for as little as $9.99 per month.
I only signed up for a month. How do I switch my plan?

How do I cancel?
While we hate to see you go, we do have a few options to cancel. If you change your mind, you can easily sign up again.

If I decide to cancel, how early does this need to be done in order to not incur any charges?
Cancels will take affect after the current cycle. You will still have access for the remainder of your selected term.
Can I rejoin if I cancel?
Absolutely! However, if prices increase your rate may differ from the original offering.
