This video, courtesy of MESA Distributors, shows its Highland HM1501 15-needle embroidery machine in action.
The five-minute video shows a highly detailed full jacket design being sewn section by section. It starts out showing the generous 3.4 inch LED screen that features TFT-LCD technology, which enhances the image quality beyond the standard displays. As the design runs, you can see where it is in its progression as well as a running meter that counts off the stitches as they are sewn.
After the main design is completed, lettering is added to the top and bottom. The video shows the machine embroidering a large jacket design with 115,975 stitches at speeds between 800 and 1,000 stitches per minute. The entire design takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes to complete.
