Brother DTG Launches Partner Portal
Brother DTG , a division of Brother Intl. Corp., Bridgewater, N.J., recently launched Partner Portal, a one-stop website that allows users to easily search for consumables, inks and accessories using a search engine or a navigation bar.
Products include parts for the full line of Brother printers and ancillary equipment featuring pretreatment machines and heat presses; accessories, such as platens; and all consumables. Each product display features a picture and a detailed description, which includes its compatible printer model.
For accessories, most have a video link to view and understand how the item works and its advantages. In addition, a history of purchases is logged for reference to ensure the correct product and the last time it was refilled.
A news section keeps users updated on equipment, firmware, software, and upcoming trade shows and events.
