ColDesi Inc., Tampa, Fla., recently announced the release of its new PTM automatic pretreatment machine for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
The new machine allows custom T-shirt printers to prepare blank shirts faster and with less hassle than traditional spray systems, according to the company. It only requires DTG operators to set the amount of pretreatment to match the garment, load the shirt and push a button.
The machine’s design is built to handle the robust needs of T-shirt printers, according to the company. Each PTM is uniquely coated with ACF-50 anti-corrosion film, while its precision spray nozzle delivers a surface coating without clogging.
The PTM features an integrated semi-automated cleaning function, and its compact design allows it to fit on most tabletops or counters for easy placement. — D.S.
