Lawson Screen & Digital Products, St. Louis, now offers the Zeus Digital Squeegee-Jet, a digital, hybrid printing system.
This screen-printing and digital hybrid is compact and cost effective, unleashing the power of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with the versatility and cost efficiency of screen printing, according to the company.
With Zeus, DTG inkjet technology can be combined with water-based screen printing. A white underbase allows for printing multicolor jobs with only one screen on almost any material, according to the company.
The Zeus Digital Squeegee-Jet is compatible with a Lawson HD-Max manual printing press or a Lawson automatic press, enabling DTG printing on all garment types, including polyester, synthetic fabrics, performancewear/athleisure and cotton.
The dual digital print heads provide fast production times and an 18″ x 16″ print area. RIP software is included, and the Jet is powered by REi Ink technology. — D.S.
