Stahls’, Sterling Heights, Mich., announced two special Saturday workshops in its Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas showrooms and training facilities, to be held April 13.
The Saturday sessions are a continuation of the company’s “Workshop Wednesdays.”
The April sessions are designed to get new heat-press owners or anyone new to heat printing off to the best possible start with a comprehensive look at materials; equipment and accessories; techniques and more, according to the company. Attendees also will receive access to exclusive discounts on products and equipment, and samples to take home.
Heat Printing 101: How to Get Started with Your Heat Press — Beginner
This class will cover all basics, including press setup, transfer selection, loading and application on different items through heavy demonstration. Number and letter personalization, and achieving special effects from bling to distressed looks, also are explored. The class will be held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. The cost is $19.95 per person.
Heat Printing 201
This class will detail how to choose the correct decorating method for large, mid-size and small jobs. Attendees also will learn how to use heat-press accessories and platens to customize hard-to-print items and print full color with just a heat press. The class will be held from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. The cost is $19.95 per person.
