FULL STORYBELLA+CANVAS, Los Angeles, has opened two new, larger distribution facilities, expanding its footprint to better serve its community of customers and creators across the industry.
These new facilities—located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and North East, Maryland— will help the company reach customers faster with the most premium garments on the market, dyed and cut at its Los Angeles-based headquarters.
Since 1992, BELLA+CANVAS has operated with a single distribution facility located at its headquarters in Commerce, California. This location closed on March 3rd to be relocated to its new home, the Nevada Distribution Center, which opened for business on March 6th. Meanwhile, the new Maryland Distribution Center has already been fully operational.
By the numbers, these two new facilities, totaling 1,436,000 square feet, will be supported by 720 total employees, and 300 bots to assist in the rapid, safe and accurate fulfillment of orders. On average, orders will be shipped to their final destination throughout the U.S. in roughly 1-3 days via UPS Ground.
