Kati Sportcap & Bag, Houston, Texas, has launched a new and improved website focused on making the user experience seamless for customers and new users.

The mobile-friendly site provides real-time inventory in two locations for customers and offers boosted search functionality with enhanced navigation.

“The goal behind our new site is to ensure a successful customer experience with clear stock availability and easy ordering,” says Gary Mosley, Kati Sportcap & Bag vice president. “The new platform also offers a variety of features to narrow product searches.”

Users can start on the homepage to browse inventory by category, brand, niche or even camo pattern. Additionally, users will be able to browse all styles and filter the results based on a set price range or color options.

The search button can take customers directly to the item page, where they can read all the product details, view inventory by warehouse location and easily customize their order. Users can also save items to their wishlist or share the style to their social media page to crowdsource opinions before ordering.

The “Latest News” section gives customers a simple way to stay connected with company and industry-related news featuring articles highlighting seasonal styles, eco-friendly options, and current trends.
