ROQ NOW Integration Automatically Prints Neck Tags Too!

Published: August 26, 2024

Thanks to an ongoing partnership between the veteran screen- and digital-printing systems company ROQ and Livingston Systems, the ROQ Now DTG (direct-to-garment) printer is now available with a fully integrated TagBot: a revolutionary robotic-assist system that prints neck tags alongside with chest graphics in a single rotation.

The resulting system makes it possible for a single operator to both decorate a T-shirt and apply a customized neck tag by simply threading the shirt onto a pallet and then removing it when the process is finished. The result is an ever-higher level of efficiency, productivity and precision.

According to ROQ, specific benefits include the fact you can:

  • Cut production time in half, i.e., streamline your process by eliminating the need for a second handling of garments for neck tag printing.
  • Forego the need for extra staff by saying “goodbye to the standalone neck tagging machines and the additional personnel they require,” freeing up valuable shop space.
  • Transform challenges into profits, since neck tagging, often seen as a low-to-no-profit aspect of the industry, can now become a profitable part of your business with TagBot.
