Rutland Group, Pineville, N.C., launched new websites for the company and each of its brands, as well as new color-mixing software for ink customers.
The websites include a simple layout and easy-to-find product information. It also includes a product-selector tool that makes it easy for customers to get to suitable inks that can be used based on customer requirements.
A new Ink Academy area provides printers with general information on tips and techniques, a print gallery, how-to videos and other tools.
Each Rutland Group brand also has its own website geared toward specific user experiences, but with a user-friendly, common layout.
The company also rolled out new color-mixing software, available here. All the company’s brands are embedded into one software solution, and it can be used by shops of any size that use Rutland ink brands. The new software was developed to provide a simpler user experience.
The software provides a ready-to-use formula to achieve specific Pantone colors using various Rutland ink systems and brands. — J.L.
