Ryonet, Vancouver, Wash., now offers the Entrepreneur Plus Package, which features professional-grade equipment basics, educational resources and updated supplies.
Keeping current apparel printing trends in mind, the name-brand equipment includes a Riley Hopkins six-color/four-station WIN Series press; a 16″ x 16″ Ryonet Econo Green flash; an 8-foot RileyCure conveyor dryer; a Black Body 25″ x 36″ infrared exposure unit; a KDL washout booth; and a film-output system with an Epson 1430 printer and AccuRIP software.
The updated selection of supplies includes Green Galaxy water-based inks; Wilflex Epic Lava plastisols; Epic curable ink reducer; Ryonet WB emulsion; Sgreen Supreme screen wash and various other chemicals, as well as a reconfigured selection of 110-, 156- and 230-mesh, and prestretched aluminum screens.
Additionally, the package contains 6-, 12- and 15-inch squeegees and other tools, including a Tadpole tape cutter; a digital, non-contact laser thermometer for ensuring proper cure; a Ryonet spot gun for quick ink removal; and a “How to Screen Print” digital playlist.
