ShopWorks Releases New Proof-Management Software

Published: March 28, 2013

ShopWorks Software, West Palm Beach, Fla., recently introduced ProofStuff, a web-based application that streamlines the proof generation, approval and follow-up process.

ProofStuff allows screen printers, embroiderers and promotional product professionals to interact with their clients more efficiently by eliminating some steps in the approval process and automating others, according to the company.

Instead of emailing large files to clients and manually managing the follow-up process, professionals using ProofStuff can upload proofs through a standard web browser or ShopWorks’ OnSite 7 system and email the generated link to a client. The link opens a professionally designed page featuring the company’s logo and personalized instructions inviting the client to accept or decline the proof. No login is required.

If the client doesn’t respond in a timely manner, ProofStuff sends up to three customized reminder emails. Once the client responds, ProofStuff records the event and emails the company. In addition, the web-based administrative interface lets company employees see which proofs are open at a glance.
