Heat-transfer decorated apparel tech specialist Supacolor has begun offering custom decorators a new product it’s calling SupaDTF, a 100-percent digital heat-transfer product that requires no minimum order—you can order as few as one.
Because SupaDTF can be printed on a roll, it allows orders up to 15 inches long and 22 inches wide. This in turn makes it possible for customers to print full-size T-shirt prints, long prints across sleeves and legs, and more, with no limits to creative opportunities. SupaDTF is also available in all the usual pre-cut heat transfer sizes.
As is the case with its entire product line, SupaDTF is backed by Supacolor’s commitment to exceptional customer support. This was recently recognized at Front’s Game Changer Awards, where Supacolor took out top honors in the global manufacturing category for Best Customer Support. With SupaDTF, customers can expect the same level of service, ensuring a seamless experience from pressing ‘order’ to pressing the transfer itself.
Vibrant heat-transfer colors
“SupaDTF represents a significant milestone in our mission to empower businesses of all sizes, from solo entrepreneurs to national print shops,” says company president Rum Walia. “SupaDTF sets a new standard for customer-centric heat transfers. I’m pleased to say it also lives up to our high standards for quality—our customers are already showing a lot of love on social media.”
Unlike other digital Direct-to-Film heat transfers, SupaDTF uses a proprietary digital white-ink formula it says makes the whites brighter and colors more vibrant than other digital DTF heat transfers. Supacolor has also created its own adhesive formula, which goes on at a lower temperature and in turn leads to less chance of heat marks or burn marks, allowing it to be used on just about anything, including cotton, polyester and blends.
