Vantage Apparel Launches New Company Website

Vantage Apparel, Avenel, N.J., has launched the all-new, redesigned vantageapparel.com with enhanced features for customers, including a new design tool which lets distributors add decorated apparel orders to their shopping cart.

With assistance from a third-party research agency, Vantage underwent many months of gathering feedback from customer focus groups, referencing best-in-class design, usability, and workflow practices from some of the top apparel retailers in the world, according to the company.

“It was extremely important to reimagine the experience of ordering apparel in the promo industry,” says Rob Watson, Vantage’s CEO. “Not only was it paramount to enhance the look and feel of the site, but it also needed to have superior back-office tools for distributor partners to track orders, access their invoices, and also create a reorder with one-click.”

The modern design highlights enlarged product images, while the top navigation menu offers new ways to shop with expert organization.

The new design tool allows distributors to upload artwork and see it visualized on the garment in real-time. It uses Vantage’s proprietary design technology to showcase all logo placement areas for each garment, includes live inventory and even calculates the number of stitches resulting in a final decorated garment price before adding the finished design to the shopping cart.

The mini-catalog tool offers a curated collection for customers. Each mini-catalog is saved to revisit, make edits or resend to other customers.

Redesigned as a customer’s self-service, concierge center, MyVantage allows users to open orders and invoices, check order status and tracking information, and submit reorders with one-click.
