Published: July 24, 2024

Florida-based World Emblem, one of the decorated-apparel industry’s leading emblem and patch manufacturer, has launched what it is calling its Flexbroidery line, a new product that it describes as providing a more cost-effective and sustainable solution to custom decorating than conventional embroidery.

According to World Emblem, Flexbroidery patches provide a combination of intricate detail and raised texture for a more vibrant look that can be applied in-house employing low-melt heat seals. The patented product was created to “streamline production and reduce expenses for clients,” the company says.

Ideal For Customized Uniforms, Apparel

“Thanks to its convenient heat-pressing application method, Flexbroidery opens up a new realm of possibilities for achieving an embroidered appearance without threads, hoops or machinery,” says Randy Carr, president and CEO of World Emblem. “From corporate branding to personal projects, Flexbroidery patches are built to last, making them an ideal choice for uniforms, accessories and apparel.”
