Dalco Athletics now offers heat-applied die-cut letters and numbers. Sold in packs of 10, die cuts are available in a range of stock fonts, sizes and colors, with background colors available in packs of five. Examples of stock fonts include plain block, full block, slim full block, grasshopper, cooper and big fat Greek. Letters range from 1-6 inches, with availability varying by font. They are available in Pro-Twill, Pro-Film, Vin-Flex, a variety of designer fabrics, felt, light stretch twill, PSA twill and Spotlight.
