Roland DGA now offers its new VersaEXPRESS RF-640 8-Color eco-solvent printer, a 64-inch wide-format inkjet with the widest color gamut in its class for outdoor durable graphics. It features eight-color inks in CMYK, light black, red, green and orange for vibrant prints, highly accurate color-matching capabilities, and up to three years of outdoor durability, according to the company.The RF-640 8C can accurately match and reproduce colors. Up to 99% of Pantone + Solid Coated spot colors are within gamut. The RF-640 8C printer’s expanded gamut allows users to hit brand colors with greater ease and precision. It also features a gold-plated printhead with Roland Intelligent Pass Control, which places dots within passes and uses variable dot control to produce ink droplets of up to seven different sizes.
