Dalco Athletic now offers a wide range of appliqué fabrics featuring solids, designer patterns and specialty materials, such as pebble grain, glacier twill and DalSuede. Any font, shape or mascot from provided artwork can be cut with advanced water-jet cutting or laser equipment. Designs can be single or multiple layers of color and precut pieces can be kiss cut together as a single unit ready to be sewn. Dalco also can add digitizing to complete custom appliqué. Available for each custom design, a pre-digitized sew disk will automatically sew down the appliqué.
