StarTex fluorescent plastisol screen-printing inks, offered by GSG, are formulated for high productivity and wet-on-wet printing. Ideal fabrics include 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends and some synthetics. Ideal screen tensions for this ink range between 25N and 35N, and a 60- to 80-durometer squeegee — or 70/90/70 triple squeegee — is recommended, according to the company. The inks come in seven neon colors.
