The M&R Starlight LED exposure unit, offered by GSG, is available in tabletop or stand-mounted versions. This UV machine is ideal for small- to medium-size textile screen-printing shops looking to upgrade from traditional fluorescent lamp models, according to the company. In addition to saving on energy, LED units also reduce screen exposure time, speed up production and operate at lower temperatures than metal-halide lamps, according to the company. They are available in models that can expose screen frames of two sizes: up to 23” x 31” or 31” x 40”.
