GSG Ulano Orange Emulsion

Graphic Solutions Group, Dallas, now offers Ulano’s Orange — a ready-to-use, SBQ-photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for textile screen printing.

It has a high viscosity, which improves control when coating screens by hand, good edge definition, is fast drying and a good choice for coarse mesh, according to the company.

Orange is resistant to plastisol inks, most wash-up solvents, as well as some water-based inks, and is formulated to reduce stencil-making time. Additionally, its high-contrast orange color reduces issues with halation and light scattering, thereby improving resolution and making it easier to inspect the stencil.

Stencils made with Orange are extremely durable, will not become tacky under high humidity conditions, and have excellent wet strength and exposure latitude, according to the company.
