Stampinator 480 In-Head Heat Press

The Stampinator in-head heat press, offered by Workhorse Products, provides a wide variety of substrate application options while remaining on the screen-printing press. Applications include heat transfers, foil, vinyl, rhinestones and other heat-applied graphics. It also can be used to flash cure underbases and press down garment fibers to prevent fibrillation. The Stampinator is lightweight and designed for easy installation, according to the company. The unit inserts into the front and rear screen clamps, and sits over the platen, similar to a flash unit. It features a 16″ x 20″ heat area, and temperatures range from 32˚F to 600˚F. The Stampinator can produce an estimated 400-600 garments per hour, depending on the application.
