Starter Package No. 4, now offered by Workhorse Products, features the Odyssey O-6400-F six-color/four-station manual press. This floor model, rotary-load style printer is expandable to six colors/six stations, with easy-to-load platens and includes tool-free off-contact adjustment and X and Y knobs for microregistration. Optional cap, pocket, sign and other attachments provide enhanced flexibility. The package also includes the MDLUM-LED Lumitron medium exposure unit with long-life LED light strips for fast, uniform, high-resolution exposures and reduced setup times and operating costs, according to the company. The package also comes with the PD2608 Powerhouse Quartz conveyor dryer with a 26-inch-wide belt and features Flash Phase, which speeds production by raising garment and ink temperatures quickly in the first heat zone with the flip of a switch. The remaining heat zone is controlled by a digital temperature controller. Rounding out the package are the SS1818C Super Seca 18″ x 18″, adjustable-height, infrared-panel, portable flash-cure unit; a 24″ x 36″ Wash-It sink for developing and reclaiming screens; and an SD10 screen-drying cabinet designed to eliminate problems like emulsion contaminates and inconsistent drying times.
