Atlantis Headwear Celebrates 30 Years With Global “30 Hats Later” Meeting

Published: January 12, 2026

SAN DONÀ DI PIAVE, Italy — Atlantis Headwear, a leader in sustainable headwear within the promotional products industry, celebrated its 30th anniversary by welcoming distributor partners from around the world to Jesolo, Italy, for a three-day global meeting titled “30 Hats Later.”

The event blended strategic discussion with relationship building, featuring open conversations, shared reflections, and exclusive product previews. Company leadership including Alessandro Colle Tiz, president and CEO; Federico Pasini, president and commercial director; Elisa Pavan, sustainability manager; and Serena Moro, founder and CEO of CIKIS Studio, addressed attendees, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and the evolving future of the brand.

Guests also received a special video message from Sir John Kirwan, former All Blacks rugby player, who shared reflections on courage and authenticity—reinforcing the growing partnership between Atlantis Headwear and the New Zealand National Team. In addition, Camilla Battistutta, product manager, presented an exclusive preview of the company’s upcoming 2026 headwear collection.

Sustainability was a central theme throughout the event. Atlantis partnered with Sea the Change to support environmental impact monitoring and balancing, and with Rehub, a Venice-based startup that transforms non-recyclable glass waste into sustainable design materials, which contributed to the event’s guest gifts.

“I’m thrilled to continue working with Atlantis and excited about the All Blacks partnership,” said Jon Saferstein, owner of Sportsman Cap & Bag, the exclusive U.S. distributor for Atlantis Headwear. “Being here in person and seeing firsthand everything Atlantis does makes the partnership even more impactful. Having played rugby in college, the All Blacks collaboration is especially personal to me, and I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve.”

The anniversary weekend concluded with a tour of the newly renovated Atlantis headquarters, highlighting updated showrooms and an expanded Innovation Hub that reflects the company’s long-term vision. As a certified Benefit Corporation, Atlantis continues to measure success not only by performance metrics, but by the purpose behind its actions.

The “30 Hats Later” gathering underscored the company’s belief that every decision, collaboration, and initiative can leave a positive mark shaping the next chapter of Atlantis Headwear and the decades ahead.
