IRVINE, Calif. — Roland DGA will showcase the latest digital printing technologies from Roland DG for apparel decoration, product customization, and graphics production at Impressions Expo Long Beach, taking place January 22–24, 2026, in Long Beach, California.
Attendees are invited to visit Roland DGA Booth #581 to see a range of solutions designed to help decorators expand capabilities and increase profitability. Highlights include the newly updated TY-300 direct-to-film (DTF) printer, which now features double the white ink system capacity of the previous version, along with additional workflow enhancements that improve efficiency and reliability for high-volume production.
Roland DGA will also feature the recently refreshed VersaSTUDIO BY-20, now equipped with S-PG2 inks for higher image quality and increased durability, as well as maintenance and software upgrades designed to enhance reliability and ease of use.
In addition, booth visitors can see live demonstrations of compact VersaSTUDIO solutions, including the BD-12 UV desktop printer for direct product customization and the BN2-30 eco-solvent printer/cutter, which offers an expanded 30-inch width for producing signs, decals, labels, posters, and apparel heat transfers. The BD-12 prints full-color graphics and textural effects directly onto a wide range of substrates and three-dimensional objects up to four inches thick, while the BN2-30 delivers versatility for sign and graphics applications.
Roland DGA will also introduce attendees to its Profit Center, a new booth area dedicated to helping customers better understand the return on investment possible with Roland DG technology and explore tools designed to support business growth.
“Those in search of digital devices that will allow them to take their apparel and product customization capabilities and profitability to new heights will find what they’re looking for at our Impressions Expo Long Beach booth,” said Daniel Valade, senior product manager at Roland DGA. “Roland DG’s latest technologies make decorating everything from T-shirts and tote bags to cell phone covers and promotional products easier, faster, and more cost-effective than ever.”
Screen printers attending the show who are interested in adding DTF printing to their workflows are encouraged to attend the educational seminar “Boost Profits Without Burning Screens: DTF for Screen Printers,” scheduled for Friday, January 23, from 10:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Room 102A at the Long Beach Convention Center. Moderated by industry journalist Adrienne Palmer, the session will feature insights from Valade alongside Steven Farag, co-founder of Campus Ink, focusing on practical strategies for integrating DTF into existing screen-printing operations.
