For anyone still harboring doubts in terms of the importance of direct-to-transfer (DTF) apparel decoration, look no further than the ROQ FEED: the new automatic transfer loading device that can be attached to the ROQ IMPRESS automated heat-press system.
As a testament to the growing importance of DTF, the ROQ has been created for the express purpose of automatically placing thermal transfers in a wide range of sizes in order to 1) allow workers to avoid an otherwise time-consuming, repetitive task during larger production runs, in particular, and 2) make the process as efficient and waste-free as possible.
Among the system’s many features are:
- Integrated Control Command: allowing operators to easily adjust the Y axis movement and transfer placement for perfect alignment every time
- A Central Suction Cup: Ideal for handling smaller transfers
- An adjustable Transfer Tray: capable of accommodating transfers ranging from a maximum of 40 x 50 cm to a minimum of 15 x 15 cm, with additional smaller sizes available upon request.
- Seamless Integration: the system is powered directly by the ROQ IMPRESS through a single plug, ensuring a hassle-free setup
- Easy Removal: operators can quickly switch to manual transfer placement when necessary thanks to an easily removable guide rail system
- Job Recipe Memory: operators can store and recall job settings directly from the ROQ IMPRESS HMI for efficient and repeatable operations.
