Action Engineering, Lilburn, Ga., has partnered with Atlanta-based technology service provider Speartek to launch a new online shopping experience.
Action Engineering, which has been supplying replacement pallets for screen-printing equipment manufacturers to the imprinted sportswear industry for more than 25 years, partnered with Speartek to create its first e-commerce website several years ago. The site offered more than 8,000 unique items.
The revamped website streamlines the product selection process down to a one-page experience, according to Derek Griffin, president of Speartek. By combining manufacturers and sizes on a single page and offering a unique filtering process, Speartek developed a way for customers to quickly select one product out of more than 100 options.
Instructional videos also have been added to the website to show how pallets, floodbars, squeegees and other parts can be replaced.
