Ash City, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, recently announced that one of its customer service employees, Clement Quirke, was named one of this year’s PPB Service Superheroes.
This is the third year PPB magazine recognized the best in customer service by asking readers to nominate those they consider “superheroes.”
Quirke is one of 12 professionals selected for this year’s honor. Quirke joined Ash City in 2010, quickly working his way up from a customer service representative to a senior customer service representative. He has received numerous internal awards recognizing his high performance, schedule adherence and order efficiency, according to the company.
“[Quirke’s] commitment to his customers far exceeds all expectations, and we receive numerous amounts of letters indicating our customers’ gratitude for his promptness, speed to respond and ability to troubleshoot,” says Sandra Benson, customer service team lead, Ash City. “He is an exceptional representative of our company, and truly cares about each customer, during and after a phone call.”
Prior to joining Ash City, Clement received his master’s degree in political philosophy at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and worked as a customer service agent at Grey Power Insurance.
