Atkinson Consulting Offers New Workflow Ebook

Published: January 8, 2018

Atkinson Consulting, Gilbert, Ariz., recently announced a free, downloadable eBook, “Top 10 Workflow Tips,” available on its redesigned website.

Marshall Atkinson, a seasoned decorated-apparel veteran who has held operations, director and C-level positions with large contract printing companies, also has served as a volunteer with industry associations and nonprofit groups.

“I know at this time of year a lot of shops are gearing up for their busy seasons,” he says. “They are looking to make significant changes to their workflow, equipment and training. My new eBook is focused on ideas to help with improving efficiency with some easy-to-implement tips.”

Atkinson, who has been in the industry since 1993, has decided to coach shops full time.

“I was presented with a fantastic opportunity to work with Mark Coudray as part of his Catalyst Accelerator Consultant Team, and I couldn’t say “no,” Atkinson says. “There will be a big announcement at the upcoming ISS Long Beach show. I’m working with his core Catalyst members, but I have my own group of customers as well.

“Coaching is a great way for shop owners to get the help they need,” he adds. “They are usually so busy trying to get orders handled, that they skip over process or system improvements that could make a dramatic change to their business efficiency. Using a coach to inject new ideas or solutions to your shop is an economical way to solve problems faster.” — J.L.
