Bodek and Rhodes, Philadelphia, has achieved full certification from the Quality Certification Alliance (QCA).
The company participated in the accreditation process, which is designed to ensure that it is consistently maintaining a superior level of safety, quality and security in all products and processes, along with environmental stewardship and social accountability.
The certification extends across five categories: product safety, product quality, supply chain security, environmental stewardship and social accountability.
“The QCA certification process helped us to reevaluate everything that we do to ensure that our customers have absolute peace of mind with our products, mills and inspection procedures,” says Hal Rhodes, vice president of purchasing for Bodek & Rhode. “Many of our established procedures already were in line with standards, but the added insight has made it possible to improve our processes even further.”
