Brother Intl. Corp., Bridgewater, N.J., introduced two free firmware upgrades for its GraffiTee series of digital garment printers at the most recent Imprinted Sportswear Shows (ISS) event, held Jan. 18-20 in Long Beach, Calif.
The first firmware upgrade increases the maximum print area of the GraffiTee series to 16” x 18”. This greater print area requires the optional Brother large platen for operation. Current customers can contact Brother Technical Support at (877) 427-6843 for this upgrade.
The second upgrade includes LAN/Ethernet connectivity, which can help reduce transfer time of design data by up to 50%. Customers can download this firmware upgrade from the Owner Login section at brother-usa.com.
Both upgrades are available for all GraffiTee Series models, which include the GT-341, GT-361 and GT-381.
