ColDesi, Inc., recently announced Kristie Brannon as its new customer care representative.
Brannon brings 18 years of experience in customer service including three years of direct experience in the decorated apparel industry.
“We are excited to have her onboard and feel she will have an immediate impact in helping our customers achieve their dreams,” says Joe Smalley, sales manager.
As part of the Customer Care Team, Brannon will be at the forefront of the new customer journey, helping apparel decorators build a successful business, through ColDesi’s new Onboarding Program, according to the company. — D.S.
