Fruit of the Loom, Bowling Green, Ky., has received the CSR Seal, awarded by Fundacion Hundurena de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (FUNDAHRSE), for its corporate social responsibility efforts in Central America.
FUNDAHRSE is an organization that promotes responsible business practices in Honduras. This marks the eight consecutive year Fruit of the Loom has received this award.
FUNDAHRSE selects companies for the award based on the following criteria: employee-development programs, transparency, community-development projects, government relations and environmental-impact management.
