Graphics One Launches New Print-and-Cut Machine

Graphics One LLC, Burbank, California, launched the GO EcoColor PC36 print-and-cut system at the 2013 ISA International Sign Expo in Las Vegas.

The 36-inch system uses the company’s EcoColor eco-solvent inks and is power by a special version of production software for print-and-cut operations.

Ideal for applications such as garment decoration, transfers, decals, labels and outdoor signage, the machine features an EPSON print head with a four-color system offering high-definition and high-resolution imaging up to 1,440 dpi. It is capable of cutting speeds up to 24 inches per second and up to 800 grams of cutting force with print speeds up to 95 square feet per hour.

Available in late April, the PC36 system starts at $11,995, and GO’s EcoColor eco-solvent ink is priced at $65 for a 440-ml cartridge.
