GSG, Dallas, recently launched an industry fundraiser for Be The Match, a bone marrow donor program, in honor of Payton Granberry, granddaughter of GSG’s President Mark Granberry.
Payton Granberry was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) at age 12, but found a bone marrow donor through Be The Match. Since her transplant, she hasn’t been hospitalized or needed any blood products.
To honor her successful battle and raise funds for Be The Match, GSG created a custom color of Siser EasyWeed heat transfer vinyl called “Payton Pink.” Proceeds Payton Pink vinyl sales will go toward Be The Match. GSG also will sell Payton Pink T-shirts for $5 at upcoming trade shows to raise funds for the donor program.
To donate, purchase Payton Pink using the code “SISEWPA-15,” contact your local GSG location or visit paytonpink.com. — D.S.
