Kornit Allegro, Gideon Oberson Announce Heimtextil Partnership

Published: January 9, 2015

Kornit Digital Europe GmbH, Ratingen, Germany, and renowned designer Gideon Oberson will collaborate at Heimtextil 2015, to be held Jan. 14-17 in Frankfurt, Germany.

The company will showcase a colorful, tropical environment produced on the high-speed, roll-to-roll Kornit Allegro printed onto a variety of fabrics.

Oberson’s contemporary and visually sophisticated work represents a strong example of the move by designers to incorporate greener, cost-effective practices within the development of their fabric designs in a streamlined process, according to the company. He will integrate his own strong experiences of vision, perception and color into Kornit Digital’s showcase at Heimtextil.

The Kornit Allegro’s unique one-step process, combined with the wider color gamut of Kornit’s NeoPigment inks, represent a real opportunity for textile designers and enables them to control their prints and colors while offering their customers short runs and customization, according to the company.
