LIDS Sports Group, Indianapolis, has reached an agreement with Fanatics Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., to purchase 12 of its bricks-and-mortar retail stores.
The locations include nine FansEdge locations in the greater-Chicago area, one store in Oklahoma and two Football Fanatics locations in Jacksonville, Fla.
Through this agreement, the locations will be rebranded under the Locker Room by LIDS retail banner and will include region-specific storefronts, such as Chicago Locker Room and Oklahoma Locker Room.
The LIDS Sports Group retail division also will introduce its Custom Zone in-store customization capabilities to the recently acquired locations.
