Mind’s Eye Graphics, Decatur, Ind., is hosting the Atkinson Workflow Optimization workshop, to be held April 12-13.
The workshop will discuss how to improve profitability by enhancing scheduling, organization, receiving, screen-room practices, production and shipping. A meet and greet for attendees who arrive early is scheduled for April 11 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. The two-hour session will include pizza and the opportunity to network with the participants.
Registration and the opening of the workshop will begin on April 12. Lunch and dinner will be provided by Mind’s Eye, featuring its famous BBQ dinner.
The workshop continues until noon on April 13. Lunch also will be provided with an afternoon question-and-answer session.
