Next Level Apparel, Gardena, Calif., recently announced that Randall Hales has joined the company as its new Co-CEO along with Joe Simsolo.
Simsolo will be transitioning out of the day-to day management of the company sometime during 2021; however, he will continue to stay connected to the business as an advisor,
board member, and shareholder.
Hales is a seasoned executive and has served as the president and CEO of First Scientific, Back to Basics, Inc., Mity Enterprises, Inc., and ZAGG Inc. During his seven years at ZAGG, the company grew from an entrepreneurial start-up to over $6 billion in world-wide revenues.
Hales brings extensive business experience in leadership, strategic planning and execution, business development, manufacturing, product management, marketing, sales and global operations, according to the company. His experience includes leading both private equity-backed ventures and public companies.
