POLI-TAPE GROUP Acquires CFP SARL

Published: October 29, 2021

POLI-TAPE GROUP, Jacksonville, Fla., has taken over a majority share in CFP SARL located in Andrézieux-Bouthéon, France.

This partnership between two family run companies will allow CFP to further expand its production capabilities and overall market presence.

“We are thrilled to join the POLI-TAPE Group. It is a real acknowledgement of our innovative and qualitative range of products and a clear statement that eco-friendly solutions meet a growing demand in the Heat Transfer market,” says Christian Rozier, CEO CFP. “In addition, having the endorsement of POLI-TAPE is a pivotal step for the development of our brand as we are benefiting from the experience of a leader in this market.”

CFP was originally founded by Alain Rozier, who has been active for many years in the field of technical films. Due to his expertise, CFP has invested in modern production machines and developed a range of polyurethane heat-transfer films on a completely solvent-free basis, according to the company.

The CFP Andrézieux-Bouthéon production site will be maintained, and all employees will be retained. Existing business relationships, responsibilities, and brand name will not change. The name of the new company will be CFP Flex France SAS.

“We are delighted to welcome CFP as a new member of the POLI-TAPE GROUP. With its range of water-based polyurethane Heat Transfer Films, CFP is an excellent addition to our group of companies,” says Sven Möhren, CEO POLI-TAPE. “CFP will continue to operate independently, but the connection as one group will allow us to develop new and innovative products for our customers.” — D.S.
