Its functional improvements include an easier search process, more simplified e-store ordering method and ability to register for RhinoTech’s customer rewards program from the home page, according to the company. Additional system improvements will enable customers to keep track of their rewards program points that go toward future purchases and follow their ordering history.
Product-demo videos, equipment and product highlights, as well as all safety data sheets (SDS) can be accessed from the home page or on each product page. Cleaner drop-down menus and an intuitive platform help speed up search and ordering activities, and identify products related to customers’ interests. — D.S.
