Rowmark LLC, Findlay, Ohio, recently purchased Johnson Plastics Inc., Minneapolis, in a deal that includes Johnson Plastics’ nine regional sales and distribution offices.
“Rowmark will continue to support and strengthen its distribution channel with high quality product lines and customer service,” says Duane Jebbett, Rowmark president and CEO. “Our network of global distributors will continue to be an effective and reliable source for high-quality products, as well as outstanding customer service and delivery for our customers.”
Prior to the sale, Johnson Plastics was a distributor of Rowmark products for more than 30 years.
