Ryonet Corp., Vancouver, Wash., has acquired Henderson Bay Products LLC and Riley Hopkins Screen Printing Machinery, Gig Harbor, Wash.
With this acquisition, Ryonet will continue to offer the Riley Hopkins screen printing press and associated products, and plans to develop the company’s product line. The Riley Hopkins Gig Harbor facility will remain open for manufacturing, and parts and equipment will continue to be available from Ryonet locations.
